Fair and transparent refund process for all Dorfie Fit users
Dorfie Labs Pvt Ltd aims to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. Refunds are subject to the following terms

Subscription Refunds
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed any paid services.
- Refund requests must include proof of purchase and reason for the request.
- Rights to refund lies with the company at company’s discretion.

Class or Session Bookings
- Refunds or rescheduling are subject to the policies of the trainer/s and/or studio / fitness centres.
- Please contact the trainer/s and/or fitness centre owners directly for session specific refund requests.

Events and Workshops
- Refund eligibility depends on the specific terms of the event.
- Partial or no refunds may apply if the event has already occurred.

How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@dorfielabs.com with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (transaction ID, receipt, or confirmation email).
- Reason for refund request.
- Account details (username or registered email).
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
