Fair and transparent refund process for all Dorfie Fit users

Dorfie Labs Pvt Ltd aims to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. Refunds are subject to the following terms

Subscription Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed any paid services.
  • Refund requests must include proof of purchase and reason for the request.
  • Rights to refund lies with the company at company’s discretion.

Class or Session Bookings

  • Refunds or rescheduling are subject to the policies of the trainer/s and/or studio / fitness centres.
  • Please contact the trainer/s and/or fitness centre owners directly for session specific refund requests.

Events and Workshops

  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific terms of the event.
  • Partial or no refunds may apply if the event has already occurred.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at support@dorfielabs.com with the following information:
  • Proof of purchase (transaction ID, receipt, or confirmation email).
  • Reason for refund request.
  • Account details (username or registered email).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
